Daniela is a Registered Psychologist with extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across a variety of clinical settings. Daniela has worked with clients facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and substance use concerns. She draws on a diverse repertoire of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and psychodynamic therapy, tailoring treatment plans to the individual needs and goals of each client.
