How to apply for inclusion in the program:

Referral Process

To receive a bail report, a referral must be made. Referrals can only be accepted in the following ways:

  • The individual’s solicitor can call to request a court report for a bail application, and assessment for inclusion in the outpatient program if their client is in custody.
  • If already on bail, the individual can contact the main office on 9725 3000, to request an initial assessment for inclusion in the program.
  • If an individual is in custody, family members can call the main office on 9725 3000 to request an assessment for a court report and assessment for inclusion in the out-patient program.

 Completed referrals can be submitted by solicitors or, where applicable, by a family member of a client currently in custody.
